For many people, getting to a clinic for wound care or leg swelling is difficult. Our registered nurses come to you for wound dressings, stoma care, burn dressings and swollen legs or feet.

How it's funded
NDIS funding & our prices
All services delivered by an independent NDIS provider (ABN 52 648 638 516) for self-managed and plan-managed participants. When included in your plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost. Support Coordination Level 2 cap: $100.14/hr (from 1 July 2026).
